We all have things we want in our lives. Big things. Small things. Things that are for others. Things that are for ourselves.
But when pressed for specifics about what those things really are and what concrete benefit they have we can sometimes draw a blank.
In my years as a coach I have seen the challenges my clients and students have faced on their journeys and through careful consideration and research I’ve created the following Personal Bill of Rights. These are specific wants and needs that I have discovered that are universal, and when named and achieved can propel you to new levels of success and happiness.
Take a moment now and read through the list, keeping a tally of which you agree with or which ones you have already integrated into your life.
If you can say without question that you agree with and have embraced at least 11 or more … congrats! You are well on your way to success and happiness.
If you can’t mark off at least 11 of these rights as currently being a part of your journey… you could use some help from partnering with me as your personal coach.
After you’re done, click the banner at the bottom to Request a Discovery Call and see how coaching can help you embrace your personal rights!
