IMPROV COACH
For 15 years, Ralph has been in the live comedy/performance space as a performer, instructor, director, producer, and coach. He has helped hundreds of students learn more about the power of improv, how it can help them get comfortable in their won skin, their communication style, and how to more effectively connect with others to have fun, impactful conversations.

PODCAST HOST
Ralph, along with his friend and co-host Kirstin Wood, created the Hey Let Me Ask You Something podcast in order to dive into topics and conversations that many may not be able to have on a regular basis. The show creates a safe space where questions can be asked, opinions can be shared, and different points of view can be explored without fear.

CHANGE AGENT
Ralph is an advocate for true conversation as a tool for change. In teaching ourselves how to have meaningful dialogue with others, we learn to advocate for ourselves, and in turn begin to advocate for others.
